We are Megan Gabbert and Courtney Kinnaman, the creators of MC MEAL PREP. Our main purpose is to fulfill a goal to make everyone's daily life easier. We love to help you stay fit, eat healthier in a sustainable way, or fill in your meals when you're just too busy to do it! We offer breakfast, lunch, & dinner options. All low calorie & low carb, always fresh & healthy, but we don't skip on deliciousness!

Additionally we can make your next event/get together extra special with our custom or themed catering & charcuterie boards and small bites. We love being as creative with our event menu as we have with our meal prep!

    For Meal Prep Pickup At Your Chosen Kitchen On Saturday Or Sunday Between 9:00am - 12:00pm & 4:00pm - 9:00pm.
